Marinated peaches with honey whipped cream

It’s peach season! One of my favourite times of the year. Bonus: it’s freestone peach season, so it’s even easier to prepare peach desserts.

So how do you make a really simple peach dessert that is fancy enough to serve for guests? Marinate the peaches in liquor for about an hour. This really enhances the flavour of the peaches and makes this an adult dessert.

Top with whipped cream sweetened with honey, and you’re good to go!
