Iceberg wedges with blue cheese buttermilk dressing

While iceberg lettuce may not be the most exciting vegetable, it has great crunch and is light and refreshing. It’s the perfect foil for a rich and smooth blue cheese dressing. It’s a classic accompaniment for a nice steak. And it’s a great salad during the winter when local fresh produce is not available.
